2. Description of Service

DoumAI is an AI workflow automation platform that allows users to create teams, workers, tasks, and helper-tool workflows, then schedule and run AI-powered executions using credits. The platform provides a visual flow editor for building workflows without code and may include optional public visibility/share features.

3. Account & Credentials

• You must authenticate via OAuth (Google or GitHub) to access the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are liable for all activity on your account.
• If you manage a team, you are responsible for member invitations, role assignments, and billing-related team settings configured through your account.

4. Credits & Payments

• Credits are prepaid units of currency used to run tasks.
• Teams may enable auto-recharge settings and member billing consent rules; you are responsible for values configured in your team billing settings.
• Promotional rewards (including free-point claims) may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.
• Promotional rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred unless required by law.
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Refund requests for unused credits must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. DoumAI does not store payment card details.
• All charges are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Public Visibility & Sharing

• Some content can be made publicly visible by user choice (for example, showcase or share-link features).
• You are responsible for reviewing content before making it public and for ensuring you have rights to share it.
• Do not publish sensitive personal data, credentials, or confidential business information through public features.
• If you mark a task/workflow as public, other users may discover it and may duplicate its public configuration into their own workspace.
• We may remove public content that violates law, policy, or these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate, distribute, or use harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass platform security
• Abuse the credit system or engage in fraudulent transactions
• Access or modify other users' workflows or data
• Upload or transmit secrets, credentials, or regulated sensitive data unless you are authorized and legally permitted to do so
• Conduct automated scraping or attack the platform infrastructure

7. AI Providers, Inputs, and Outputs

• Your prompts, workflow inputs, and execution data may be routed to third-party AI providers selected by the platform to generate outputs.
• You are responsible for the legality and rights clearance of the inputs you submit and the outputs you use or publish.
• AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, non-unique, or unavailable due to third-party provider constraints.
• Provider/model availability, limits, and behavior may change without notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, rate-limit, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse platform resources, or engage in illegal activity. You may close your account anytime through the dashboard. Upon termination, your tasks and data will be deleted after 90 days unless otherwise required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You use the Service at your own discretion and assume all risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoumAI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DoumAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
